FOUNDERS’ WAITLIST · 29 OCTOBER 2026

Your details, handled with care.

This notice explains how Oathura handles information submitted to the Founders’ Waitlist. It covers the prelaunch list, rather than the future practice-management service.

What we collect

Your name, email address, optional practice name, plan interest, region, signup date and your agreement to receive Oathura updates. Please do not include case details, patient information or other confidential records.

Why we collect it

The Oathura team uses these details to send product and launch updates, provide access to the interactive demo, share early-access opportunities and understand interest from different kinds of practices. Joining does not create an account or a paid subscription. We do not sell the waitlist or use it for unrelated advertising.

Where the information goes

Signups are stored in a private Oathura store on Vercel in the United States. The list is accessible to the approved Oathura hosting team and the application’s server. It is not published in the demo, exposed through a public list endpoint or stored in your demo workspace.

Resend processes your email address, name and message content to send your welcome email and private demo link. The Oathura founders mailbox receives signup notifications through Google Workspace. Authorised founders can view and export the list through a separate private sign-in. We record email delivery attempts and provider reference numbers to identify failures and prevent duplicate welcome messages.

Bug reports, support and feature requests

The demo’s help button saves your request type, subject, description, optional contact email, edition, view, page name and submission date in Oathura’s private Vercel store. Only you and the Oathura owner can read your request through the application. Page context excludes record identifiers and search terms. Please do not include confidential information.

Request references can be saved in this browser so you can check progress. Requests and owner updates remain separate from disposable demo data. No support email is sent automatically. You can request removal through the help button. The owner reviews closed requests for retention.

Your choice

Joining is optional. After signup, you receive a private preferences link. Save it to leave the list and remove your signup details at any time. This link is also saved in this browser’s local storage, when available. It also restores your demo access on another browser. Keep it private: anyone with the link can access the demo or remove your entry. Leaving the waitlist revokes demo access.

Removing your active waitlist entry stops queued signup emails. Messages already delivered to mailboxes and provider operational logs are separate from the active list. For help with your details, contact founders@oathura.com.

Retention and service operation

We retain your signup while the waitlist is active, unless you leave sooner. The team will review the list after launch and remove entries no longer needed. Vercel processes network information to deliver and secure the site. The signup service stores a one-way network identifier and request counters to limit abuse; it does not store your raw IP address in your signup record.

Cookies and local storage

The homepage has no advertising trackers or third-party analytics. It can save your private waitlist preferences link in this browser. The separate interactive demo uses cookies for sample workspace data and display preferences. A necessary, secure, HTTP-only access cookie keeps your demo unlocked for seven days. The server checks that your waitlist entry remains active. You can restore access with your saved private link after that cookie expires.
